Chocolate workshop for 2 (incl. High Tea)

Your Experience
If you've never tasted hand-made chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, then first and foremost you can expect that this experience will be a revelation to your taste-buds!

Your workshop will include:
- Learning about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar.
- Learning how to make fudge, praline and truffles.
- Demostrate your cooking skills - or lack of them - as you cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate   under a skilled chocolatier's guidance.
- Return home with a ribbon-tied box of chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure

The introduction of Afternoon Tea, a quintessentially English tradition, is usually credited to Anna, 7th Duchess of Bedford, in the early 1800s. The lunch was served earlier and the diner later that days. It took to long to wait between lunch and diner and Anna of Bedford became a little dizzy and hungry. One day she had the courage to order tea, sandwiches and a cake in her room. She liked this so much that she even ordered is when her friends were there. The afternoon tea became very populair. Queen Victoria was also very charmed by this afternoon tea. The ladies were exchanging gossip while they eat their cake. The hostess was settled behind the teatable with the beautyfull silver tea set on it.
The Royal Windsor Hotel in Brussel belongs to the best hotels in Europe en has world fame because of the rich past and grandeur. You can enjoy together in one of the bars of this High tea, which includes exclusive kinds of tea, sieged sandwiches, traditional scones and some delightfull pastries.

Session Length
This course will last for approximately two and a half hour.

Spectators
You can enjoy this experience together with a friend. unfortunately it is not posible to bring spectators.

Dress code
We advise you to wear casual clothes. All equipment will be provided.

Availability
This experience is available on Sundays and occasionally on a weekday evening. When you would like to make a booking, you can pick a date either by telephone or online. We will advise you to make a booking as far in advance as possible.
