The Experience
Harness Sphereing is a brand new extreme sport where people are rolled down steep hills inside 12' inflatable balls. It is an incredibly hilarious and exhilarating experience. You and a friend can share the experience as you´re strapped facing each other inside the ball.

The general reaction people make is to laugh hysterically as they descend the hill (rolling and bouncing) at up to 30 miles per hour! There is actually no reason to be scared. With a safety harness, and a 3-foot air cushion between you and the ground, you're entirely safe and free to enjoy the unique sensation of defying gravity in a controlled environment. The experience was once described as being like 'bungee jumping' in bed.

The Sphere consists of two chambers. The outer chamber, which is the shell of the Sphere is 12ft tall, and the inner chamber is 6ft tall, meaning there is a 3ft cushion of air.

Vital Information
This experience runs from April through to September!
You can not participate if you are pregnant, suffering from hight blood pressure, any heart condition or epilepsy, suffering from, or have ever had, any back or neck problems, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, undergoing medical treatment or have had an operation within the past twelve months, under 3f10ins and less than 7 years old for the "Aqua Sphere" (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18), under 4ft and less than 12 years old for the "Harness Sphere" (Parental consent is required up to the age of 18), exceeding 18 stone (NB. max girth 60 ins).
The business judgment of customer weight/height (or any other restriction) is final and will be decided upon by location staff on the day of the ride. If you suffer from any other conditions and are in doubt of your participation please contact us for further advise.
This activity requires a good stable weather.
We suggest you wear a crew neck t-shirt and comfortable trousers or your swimming trunks.

The Weather
In very rare circumstances of periods of wet weather the experience may be cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you.

Session Length
As a guide, please expect to be at the site for 1 to 2 hours. However, at certain times in the season, the waiting time may be longer than this. Please be flexible and keep the whole day free to avoid any problems.

Spectators
Friends and family are welcome to watch you take part.

Dress Code
We suggest you wear a crew neck t-shirt and comfortable trousers.
You will be asked to remove all jewellery, belts etc. and will be barefoot in the Sphere.

This experience operates most weekends between April and September.

Sphereing is a recreational activity which emerged in the late 20th century. It involves rolling down an incline in an inflatable, usually transparent, double-hulled sphere made from PVC. The Sphere consists of two chambers. The outer chamber, which is the shell of the Sphere is 12ft tall, and the inner chamber is 6ft tall, meaning there is a 3ft cushion of air.



Sphereing originated in the UK and is the brainchild of Robert Price.
