INTRODUCTION TO THE TASTING
1º day - Introduction
2º day - Practical day Wine tasting

INTRODUCTION TO GRAPE GROWING AND ENOLOGY
1º day - Introduccion day
2º day - Conservation and service of the wine

GASTRONOMY AND WINE
1º day the wine in the appetizer and desserts
2º day the great plates and the cheeses

Vital information
Minimum age is 18 years.
 
Session length
The course is developed in two days of two hours of duration each one. The schedule is of 19:00 to 21:00 hours.
 
Number
There will be a maximum of 54 people participating in the tasting. They will be seated in tables of tasting of 4 people.
 
Dress colthes
One is not a formal day, although we recommended that dresses go well (casual).
