The Advanced Wine Tasting Course includes an expert and pleasant presentation. After this presentation you will begin the prferred course and will finalize with the delivery of a gift.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from the experts: how to prove and to make the analysis of a wine by means of the senses. A fascinating experience for all interested in the world of the wine and the gastronomy!

First day: Introduction to Grape growing and Enology
- Geographic Frame
- Annual Evolution of the plant
- Conduction of the vine
- Elaboration of white wines, pink and red
- Ageing

Segundo día: Conservation y service of the wine

- Conservation of the wine
- The digging: characteristics
- Service of the wine
- Glasses
- Temperature on watch
- How to open a wine
- How to decant
 
Finalized the experience, the center will provide a flattery to him so that it does not forget his experience.
 
Vital information
The minimum age is 18 years.
 
Session length
The course is developed in two days of two hours of duration each one. 
 
Number
There will be a maximum of 50 people participating in the tasting. They will be seated in tables of tasting of 4 people.
 
Dress colthes
One is not a formal day, although we recommended that dresses go well (casual).
