How to Redeem

It couldn't be easier to redeem your Hilton HHonors® points for a Golden Moments experience.

We've developed a secure, user-friendly process so you can enjoy your selected Golden Moments reward as quickly as possible!

Online and don't know where to start?
Use the search box, enter a keyword, and you'll see all of your experiences available. Or you can click one of the categories on the left to browse by type.

If you are having trouble deciding on just one experience, redeem your HHonors points for a Golden Moments Choice gift voucher so the recipient may make his or her own selection.

After selecting the experience, you'll need to log in with your Hilton HHonors account # and pin. This will activate the connection to your HHonors account and display your HHonors points available for redemption. From here, you'll simply need to confirm that you are happy for your HHonors points to be used to redeem for the experience reward.

Next, enter the name of the recipient of the experience. If you don't know at the time of purchase, you can issue it un-named. You'll then have the opportunity to enter a special personalised message to the recipient, unless it is for yourself, of course!

Finally, you will select how the recipient will receive the voucher, either via email or post. If by post, you'll need to enter the delivery address. Our standard delivery time for the UK is 3 working days, using Royal Mail. Other delivery times may vary.

Once you've added your redemption(s) to your shopping 'basket', you may proceed to checkout. Since you are using your HHonors points, there will be no need to use your bank card. Your points will be automatically deducted from your HHonors account.

Recipients will have typically 9 months in which to participate in their experience. They'll also have the option to exchange should they wish to experience something different according to our terms and conditions listed here
